Course Name: Hazard Identification and Risk Management

Overview:

This course is intended to provide participants with a methodology for identifying and recording workplace hazards and assessing and controlling the subsequent risk.

Contents:

This course covers:

  • The difference between the terms “hazard” and “risk”;
  • Methods of recording hazards on a day to day basis;
  • Relationship of the classification and identification of hazards to requirements of relevant OH&S legislation;
